Shipping & Returns

Because all of our items are hand poured, please allow 3-5 days from the time of checkout for your item(s) to be created and shipped. By completing the checkout process, your are agreeing to the mentioned timeline for your products.

We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit, or for incorrect an address being submitted at the time of checkout.

Returns

No returns are accepted.

Melt Haus is not responsible for packages that are left outside in the heat, cold, rain or other weather elements that could damage the items.

If items arrive damaged do to packaging errors, we will need photographic evidence of broken or damaged items sent to melthauscandles@gmail.com in order to be replaced. This does not include packages that have been left out in the heat.
